A CONSIDERED FIRST STEP

Buying guide. Start with the food you want to make.

You do not need to memorise a specification sheet. Bring your recipe, the quantities you have in mind and your plans for the business. We can work through the equipment choices together.

Dumplings in different shapes on a patterned ceramic plate

Understand your working day before choosing a machine.

Even dumplings differ in wrapper size, filling consistency and shape. A trial with your own product and a check of your workspace can tell you more than comparing a single output figure.

Four steps from an idea to a suitable setup.

  1. Describe what you want to make

Tell us whether you make dumplings, wontons, potstickers or another food. Start with the task taking the most time, your planned batch size and available staff, so we can understand where equipment could help.

    • Food type, finished size and shape
    • Batch or daily quantities and your current process
    • Worktable, workflow and available space
  2. Check suitability with your recipe

Wrappers and filling affect forming, sealing and portioning. Contact us to discuss whether to arrange a trial and what ingredients and conditions it requires, then review the mould and model against the results.

    • Wrapper dimensions, thickness and filling characteristics
    • Desired finished weight, appearance and texture
    • Trial arrangements, ingredients and points to verify
  3. Agree on the setup and quotation

Confirm the model, moulds, accessories and scope of service before deciding. Prices, taxes, payment terms, shipping and installation are subject to the official shop order or the quotation agreed with you.

    • Model, voltage, dimensions and accessory list
    • Payment terms, shipping and installation charges
    • Warranty, support contact and ordering terms
  4. Prepare for delivery and daily use

Confirm the delivery location, access route, worktable and power supply in advance. On arrival, check the condition, model, accessories and supplied manual. Ask us about any operation or cleaning instructions you are unsure of before switching on.

    • Delivery depends on availability and agreed arrangements
    • Floor access, handling route and site requirements
    • Acceptance checks, instructions, care and purchase records

Delivery and installation timing depend on the model, configuration, availability and transport requirements. This page does not promise a fixed number of days to delivery.

A few things to confirm before ordering.

Ask about the total cost

Alongside the machine price, check whether moulds, options, taxes, transport, handling and on-site services are included in the quotation.

Keep the supporting documents

Retain your order, quotation, proof of purchase, warranty document and accessory list. If anything arrives damaged, missing or different from the agreed specifications, take photos and contact your seller.

Check the terms for your purchase channel

Before placing an order in the official shop, read the payment, delivery and return information applicable to that order. For dealer purchases, confirm the terms with your original seller.
